Our titanium heat exchanger employs seamless pure titanium tubesas heat conductors, ensuring the titanium heat exchanger's long-term durability without incurring after-sale costs. Thanks to its superior properties, the titanium heat exchanger is extensively used in: Swimming pool equipment, Aquarium chillers, Marine refrigerant systems, Solar energy heaters, Aquaculture, Pharmaceutical applications, Food industry, Electroplating industry, and for heat recovery from wastewater or exhaust gases. --Molded cups titanium heat exchanger 1) The cups are molded from high-quality PVC material. All components ensure RoHS compliance. 2) The PVC shell's optimal structural design allows it to withstand high working pressures. The maximum working pressure can reach 1.2 Mpa, with a bursting pressure of up to 2.3 Mpa. 3) Its load-bearing capacity meets CE, UL, and ETL requirements. 130,000 cycles of alternating pressure tests (Low pressure 0 bar, high pressure 8 bar) demonstrate a lifespan exceeding 15 years. 4) Excellent appearance, enhanced safety, high heat transfer efficiency, and easy installation make it an ideal choice. Heat transfer tube: 1) Pure seamless titanium tube with a thickness of 0.6 mm. The grade is TA1. 2) The titanium coil's pressure capacity is engineered for R410a high-pressure conditions. The maximum working pressure is 52 bar, with a tested extreme pressure of 360 bar. 3) 130,000 cycles of alternating pressure tests (Low pressure 0 bar, high pressure 52 bar) indicate a longevity of over15 years.
