Thanks to its superior properties, the titanium heat exchanger is extensively used in: Swimming pool equipment, Aquarium chillers, Marine refrigerant systems, Solar energy heaters, Aquaculture, Pharmaceuticals, Food industry, Electroplating industry, and for heat recovery from wastewater or exhaust gases. --Molded cups titanium heat exchanger 1) The cups are molded using high-quality PVC material. All components adhere to RoHS standards. 2) With an optimal structural design, the PVC shell withstands high working pressures. The maximum working pressure is 1.2 Mpa and the bursting pressure reaches up to 2.3Mpa. 3) Its load capacity meets CE, UL, and ETL requirements, passing 130,000 cycles ofalternating pressure tests (Low pressure 0 bar, high pressure 8 bar), indicating a service life exceeding 15 years. 4) Aesthetically pleasing, safe in operation, highly efficient in heat transfer, and easy to install, making it your top choice. Heat transfer tube: 1) Constructed from pure, seamless titanium with a thickness of 0.6 mm. The grade of titanium used is TA1. 2) The titanium coil's pressure capacity is designed for R410a high-pressure conditions. The maximum working pressure is 52 bar and the extreme pressure endured was 360 bar during our tests. 3) 130,000 cycles ofalternating pressure tests (Low pressure 0 bar, high pressure 52 bar) confirm a lifespan of more than 15 years.
