DD Model: Tailored for temperatures between -15°C and -25°C, this unit excels in freezer room environments.
DJ Series: Specialized for extreme temperatures from -25°C to -40°C, perfectly suited for blast freezer rooms.
Constructed with a magnesium steel cabinet, ensuring exceptional corrosion protection.
Fin spacing options: Available in 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to suit diverse cooling needs.
Compatible Refrigerants: R22, R404A, R507A, among others, offering flexibility and wide applicability.
Equipped with stainless steel heaters for even and efficient defrosting.
Features double water receivers for enhanced stability and reliability.
Engineered with mechanically expanded pipes and durable aluminum fins for optimal performance.
Optional long-distance air throw to meet specific cooling requirements.
Copper Tube Details:
Our high-efficiency evaporative air coolers incorporate high-quality copper tubes with a dimension of OD12.7x0.4mm, paired with special aluminum fins. Each cooler is delivered clean and has been rigorously tested under 30bar pressure to ensure reliability.
The Casing
Crafted from powder-coated aluminum, this casing offers high corrosion resistance, impact durability, and does not generate polluting waste.
Fan Motor
Incorporates high-quality axial fan motors, meeting high safety standards, and seamlessly integrated with the unit casing using an advanced anti-vibration system.
Defrost Heating
Efficient defrosting is achieved through stainless steel heater elements, strategically placed within the aluminum tube-enclosed finned pack and drain pan.
Electrical Parts
All electrical components are safely connected to an earth terminal, installed within a junction box featuring waterproof cable glands for added protection and reliability.
